Booking a property :
As soon as you've decided on a property you will need to fill in the contact form at the bottom of the page to have confirmation of the availability, I usually pick up messages and reply within a day.
I will then send you a booking form, you will need to fill it in, sign it and return it to me by email with the deposit of 200€. As soon as I have received the form and deposit I will confirm your stay.
The balance payment will be due 8 weeks before arrival, if your arrival is less than 8 weeks before booking the total amount will be due at the time of reservation.

Prices and Payments :
All our prices are marked in euros, if you wish to pay in sterling this can be arranged.
Payments are usually made by bank transfer, unfortunately we can't accept credit cards.

Included in the price :
There are no hidden costs when you book with us, everything is included..

Beds are made up on the day of your arrival, we use cotton sheets and duvet covers and have a selection of throws for the cooler nights. Each bed has 2 pillows, please let me know if you have allergies as some pillows are feather.

We provide hand towels and bath mats for the bathrooms and each guest has at least 1 towel and 2 towels for stays of a week or more.
If you have reserved a 2 week stay bed linens and towels will be changed after the first week.

Basic kitchen cooking items are provided, these may include oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, spices, a selection of teas, coffee and sugar, kitchen roll and coffee filters. There is normally some washing up liquid and a sponge, a few dishwasher tablets and foil and film to get your stay underway.

Arrival time is from 4pm onwards and departures at 10.30am.

A reasonable amount of pellets will be provided for the winter months, or logs for the wood burning stoves.

To save some space in your car we can provide travel cots for small children, we also have a high chair but please let me know before your arrival as someone else may have already  booked it.

The Hexagonal Tower and the 2 workshop properties have high speed fibre optic wifi and is free of charge, La Tour has ordinary wifi and we are waiting to have fibre optic in early 2023, the passwords are available on arrival at the properties.

Hair dryers and electrical adapters are available in the properties.

All of our properties are non smoking, if you would like to smoke please do so outside and put any cigarette buts in the bin.

Recycling your rubbish :
All of our properties have recycling facilities :
* the yellow lidded bin : for plastic water bottles, juice cartons, tins and cans, magazines and newspapers and cardboard.
* there is a crate near the bins for all glass items, bottles, jars etc
* compost buckets are provided at each house and all raw foods, pasta and rice, scraps can go in here, we will collect the bucket regularly, empty it and return it to you.
* the black lidded bin is for everything else which should be placed in bin bags before depositing in the outside bin.
More information is available at the house and if everyone tries to recycle it will cut down on the land fill sites in the area.

Parking at the properties :
At Flavigny there is a parking space just by the house, please don't park on the track as an occasional car or horse may want to pass.
At the Hexagonal Tower there is a private off road parking space for 1 car, if you need a second space please let me know before your arrival.
At the Workshop apartments there is off road private parking for 5 or 6 cars, should more spaces be needed we have 2 more available but not next to the properties.

On the day of departure :
Please leave the house tidied, everything put away and as you found it. 
Bins should be emptied and beds stripped of duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases, please leave the pillow and mattress protectors on. 
The dishwasher should be emptied and the heating turned off.
If you have had any damages during the stay please inform me as soon as possible so that I can replace the item for the next guests.
